Rörkraft offers our clients comprehensive solutions across various engineering disciplines, including electrical and automation. Our largest area of expertise is piping and facility design within process facilities, where we perform piping design, strength calculations, building design, and process analysis. Your Responsibilities at Rörkraft

As a senior designer/project engineer at Rörkraft, you will play a key role in executing our assignments. You and the team will ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality. The role requires close collaboration with project members and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will have the support of an experienced and competent team of over 80 employees, each possessing some form of specialist competence. Since we almost exclusively work in project form at our offices, both expertise and your nearest manager are just an arm's length away for quick decisions.

Summary of the Role as Senior Designer/Project Engineer:

• Drive the piping design forward as a designer, project engineer, and reviewer.
• In the early stages, identify and manage risks and issues in your ongoing project that may affect our document deliveries.
• Act as the main contact for clients and other external stakeholders when necessary.
• Continuously ensure that your work adheres to the agreed budget, quality, and timelines.
• Eventually take on the role of overall technical project leader where you will lead and coordinate the team's assignments from start to finish to achieve defined goals.

Your Background and Experience

You currently possess extensive experience and competence in the role of senior designer/project engineer and are used to driving design assignments as a client or consultant. You are accustomed to communicating both internally and externally and maintaining ongoing contact with clients, contractors, and colleagues. Naturally, you have a strong interest in technology and are meticulous and engaged in everything related to technology and details.

To succeed in the role of future project leader at Rörkraft, you have a relevant degree in engineering and a senior designer background. You have many years of experience in design and have experience and interest in mentorship and leadership. Furthermore, you are familiar with regulations and standards and feel completely comfortable in an integrated CAD environment, designing or reviewing within it.

You are a good communicator and express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. A driver's license (B) is required as business trips are involved.

In addition to the above, it is advantageous if you also have knowledge of contract law and an established and current network with relevant client and industry contacts.

You are the business-driven senior designer/project engineer who is motivated to complete your assignments on time, within budget, and with quality. Your ambition and strive is to eventually develop further into a role as the responsible technical project leader.
